The Weight Watchers Points Plus program will give you the edge to make the right choices and to stay on track.
With Points Plus, you’ll learn to choose foods that keep you full longer, so you’re less likely to eat for the wrong reasons, like when you’re bored or stressed.  And that means you can lose weight and keep it off.
Every Wednesday at the Rec Center
Weigh-Ins are from 5:00 to 5:30pm.
Meeting is from 5:30 to 6:30pm
