Interval Strength Training

60 Minutes of Circuit Training with Cardio, Strength, and Core Workouts. Using a variety of low/high impact, high intensity exercises. This total body workout works your heart rate and strengthens muscles. Modification available per individual, if needed.

Class is available on Monday at 5pm.
